Well, guys just checked my weight this morning I am about 159lb. My
starting point was 220.

So far as most of you will remember I have been doing the walking
thing (walk to lose weight) program. I am not into any diet, although
I am avoiding suger stuff (as best as I can), and to some degree red
meat. However, when some idiot brings at home than I just have to have
it and not just plate!

Samething for cookies; outsize I can avoid it to some degree, but
something it is really hard. I once had the urge to eat someone else
cookies!!! I really love those cookies Sad

Another thing I am thinking about; eat uncooked veggie in afternoon,
however, my family is not very supportive (they are filthy meat
eaters!). I will have to get my own place ASAP!!!

My jeans size is 34, although I am still wearning size 36 Smile It
started with 38 -- although I did have some size 40...

Not much is going on in my personal life, expect I am foucing on
getting my own place, cause I can not take this BS. I mean its really
depressing sometime but I try not to let it get to me.. Also this part
of Toronto is a ghetto. Highest killing & raping rate in entire
Canada!

I promised (at least to myelf) that like Chris I will posts here every
week or so. Well, I won't be able to do that -- at least not until I
get my own place. Right I am making sure that I don't gain weight, and
lose it...

Alisha,

Good report/sad report!

All I would comment on is walking doesn't provide any upper body workout.
Maybe add something like a few reps of wall push ups a couple times a week?

Best,

Andy

Food & Exercise -- 10/11/2007 Another vacation day in the Finger Lakes -- toured more wineries -- with lunch at one of them -- then back to the B&B late in the day. We bought some food at a Mennonite grocery and just had a picnic supper here in the B&B. It was colder and somewhat ra

Food & Exercise -- 10/10/2007 It was a gorgeous fall day here in the Finger Lakes -- great for winery visiting. (On the other hand, the temperature has dropped rapidly tonight and it's supposed to rain for the next two days!) We had a decadent breakfast here in the B&B and then went

Food & Exercise -- 10/9/2007 This morning we had breakfast with my MIL at a diner near her home, then drove up to Penn Yan, NY, where we're staying at a B&B for 3 nights. We had lunch on the road and dinner in a restaurant here. It was a pretty drive, though the colors aren't all t

Food & Exercise -- 10/7/2007 Went for my usual morning run. This evening we went to a benefit performance of the Capitol Steps (a group that does political satire singing) in support of a local charity that helps the homeless. It was great; it's been a long time since I've laughed
