Just heard it on NBC nightly news - a breast cancer drug that costs
about $10,000 a month and does not improve survival times (and side
effects were not even discussed). And all 99% or so of these people
had to do was to avoid PUFA-rich foods items, eat a lot less cooked
meat, and consume more antioxidant-rich foods. Instead, the oceans
are being destroyed so that people can consume more fish oil, while
estrogenic compounds are contaminating our ground water (and
contributing to at least some cancers).
