I don't believe that conventional diet and weight loss methods are
right for everyone. To prove this theory, some friends and I are all
trying different things and documenting the results. If anyone has
any methods, conventional or not, to suggest, please do so. I myself
lost a ton of weight using a low carb regimen, which doesn't work for
everyone.
I think it's important we smash the myth that people are always to
lose weight and keep it off with conventional diet and exercise
methods. It gives people with different body chemistry a false sense
of hope and a total sense of hopelessness when it doesn't work out.
