Should I eat broccoli sprouts instead of alfalfa sprouts because of
sulforaphane? Do brocolli sprouts have everything alfalfa sprouts have
and more or do alfalfa sprouts have anything that broccoli sprouts
don't have?
Also, I bought broccoli sprouts for $1.50 several days ago, but now
they're $3, while the alfalfa sprouts are still $1.50. Does that sound
right to you? I don't understand the price change. Seems to me there
shouldn't be any seasonal price fluctuations for sprouts, because they
probably grow them in a greenhouse or something like that.
