In addition to low-fat, I like to eat low calorie. Here are 2 nonfat,
no sugar recipes:

Pudding...get the Jello nonfat/sugar free pudding. Butterscotch and
Vanilla are my favorites. Instead of adding 2 cups of milk, use only 1
cup of nonfat milk. The other cup...and I add an extra half cup for a
total of 1 and a half cups, is water. To make it sweet and firm, I add
5 Splenda and half a packet of gelatin. So heat up about a half cup of
water and add the gelatin and mix. Next top off the water to make 1
and a half cups. Then place the Jello plus Splenda in a bowl, and add
the cup of milk followed immediately by the water/gelatin. Stir with a
wire wisk for about 30 sec. and pour into bowls. I make only 2 large
servings from this, each serving has 100 calories exactly.

Meringues...9 egg whites, plus 20 Splenda, plus a splash of vanilla.
Mix about 5 min. with a high speed mixer and place 8 meringues on a
parchment paper over a cookie sheet. Bake at 300 F for 10 min. and
turn off the heat but allow the meringues to bake another 10 min. This
is of course fatfree and sugarfree. It is also loaded with
protein..about 25 grams. dkw
