The last two have NOT been good.

Yesterday was a bad fibro day and my apatite vanished. I managed 13.5
points out of 18, and already had 7 exercise points lined up.
Breakfast was OK at 4 points, but I only had zero point soup and a
sandwich for lunch, clocking up 4 points, and couldn't finish dinner, so
only 4.5 there... Gah!

Today was MUCH worse.

Couldn't face breakfast at all...

Slept through lunch and woke at three, feeling hammered all over and
with a headache...

Just about scraped it together for dinner, 4.5 points, after managing a
1 point cookie with a cup of tea a little earlier.

I suppose I must look on the positive side: I'm not moving much coz I
feel dreadful, but at least I'm not on a carb binge to go with it!

I need more exercise. Maybe I'll be a bit better tomorrow.

Make sure you drink a lot of water Kate.

Since you already aren't eating enough, make sure you aren't getting
dehydrated over it!

Hope this passes soon!

I've had a head ache all day, so I probably am a bit dehydrated. I'll
have some more fruit tea! Thanks for the reminder.

Thank you. It's working so far! I've managed to get James out to
school and am slightly more than half way down my first mug of tea! But
I still keep yawning...

Thanks! I am feeling a bit better, and I do have to tidy and hoover
the place for the customers this evening: I'm making late 19th C Royal
Artilary uniforms for a couple of little boys for a re-enactor's
wedding. Should be fun!

Definitely one of those days... I managed a second cup of tea and a
banana, and slept through lunchtime!
