JK is right. I've been in this group for years. You contribute
nothing positive, hurl insults and snide remarks for no reason, even
to decent people with serious medical problems. You take every
opportunity to start childish arguments, like you did with the typo
that you used to start this one. No one here respects you. No one
here chimes in to support you, but many frequently do take you to task
for your obnoxious behavior. Any decent parent that had a child doing
what you do would take internet access away from them. Like JK,
I've never known anyone that took so much time to engage in this type
of behavior that didn't have some kind of deep rooted psychological
problems.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You've been in this group for years posting misinformation about low carb
dieting, and still haven't lost
the fat that weighs you down. The last couple of years I've barely posted
here, and still you hold a grudge about being taken to task for you idiotic
postings. Lose some weight following a low carb diet, and then post about
it, instead of merely posting what you think ought to work. Like most of
your ilk, when you can't prove what you're writing is true, you try
character assassination.

Yeah, there's an exception to every rule. Like the big bully in high
school, there's always some pathetic girl that respects and loves
him. Even serial killers like Charlie Manson have a few that
respect them. I made my generalization based on the many regular
positive contributors here over the years that have spoken out against
his constant rude remarks and insults.

Thanks for clearing up where you stand.

Well, Chet, your revisionism is noted and most newsgroup members now won't
know if
you're a liar or not. You've been trying to make the same idiotic claims
for over four years
now, so is it that you think they finally have a chance to slide through?
Try following a low
carb diet for real, eat less, exercise more, and save you posturing for
someone who cares.

Last response from me Einstein. You must be very lonely? This is/was
never a debate about truth, justice, or LC vs anything else. I never
recommended ACV, what I did was ask if anyone was doing it. My Phys Ed
teacher pal told me to look into it. He's 65 and buff, so I respect his
opinion. Try Googling it... very interesting stuff.
You called me an idiot for making a typo, then you clarified it by
calling me an idiot for being an idiot and posting misinformation. WHAT?
Asking a question is now misinformation? You just keep back skating in
pathetic attempts to make yourself look right. Here's your chance to admit
you were wrong. Is that possible? I'm fit, happily married for 30 years, 3
children, business owner, MBA.... and posted asking my fellow LCers a
question. Hardly an idiot in anyones book but yours JC. Am I still an idiot
JC, or are you perhaps mistaken in your character assassination?

In this particular case it's something harmless he thinks helps
him. Chances are he does an assortment of health efforts with
some effective some harmless.

That's likely the case.

Ok, everyone. I see certain characteristics of people that are dieting, or
just trying to be healthy. It doesn't seem to matter whether they are new to
all this, or a 350 lb 33 year veteran of low carb that thinks that because
they read Atkins' book in '72, it makes them an expert. Somehow, they just
don't "get it".
If anyone is touting some kind of magic pill, product, food, tummysizer,
metabolic advantage, trick or gimmick, they are telling you lies. Their
interesting diversions keep you from your goals either through their own
ignorance or profit. If you believe these lies, then you're an idiot, and
you will not lose weight.
There is some useful information out there, yet 10 times as much bull. The
only reason people are offended by the truth, is that it shatters their
delusions. Many people in real life, or on this board have never known what
it feels like to be in good shape. When you have paid the price by hard work
and proper eating, only then will you realize what the real truth is about
weight loss and being healthy.
No one needs to listen to dieting advise from a 300 lb person unless they
can show they have actually lost the weight and can maintain it. Your
knowledge of weightloss is evident by your waistline, and the number of
pills you take to cover up the symptoms of your metabolic dysfunction.
Reading all the articles and books out there will not help one iota. It is
all about doing and living it. If you are stalled, or your efforts are not
working, then you are doing something wrong. There is no easy way.
There are a few people on this board that know the truth and have
demonstrated their knowledge. They have my respect. They are also willing to
pass on this knowledge if you will listen. If the truth bothers you, then go
back and watch TV. I find myself posting less and less, because I can see
that most people here do not want to hear the truth. They value pats on the
back more than honesty.
The secret to weightloss is, always has been, and always will be, "eat
less and exercise more". It is a law like gravity. It may be circumvented
temporarily, but eventually it always wins.

It's Apple Cider Vinegar, very very different JC. What an idiot you are
to keep making the same mistake over and over again. Time for you to go
back into your moms basement... PLONK...

Absolutely true Doug. But when someone I respect tells me to check
something out, I do. I'm sure you do the same. Very often the most basic
stuff works wonders for us, and this one, though foul smelling, is about as
basic as you can get.

Cretins like JC actually keep lists of these kinds of things so a year
later they can look to trip you up. It's what they live for. LOL
